You can optionally change whether the entered user name should be converted to lowercase or uppercase letters before authentication
Handling the Spelling When Entering the User Name
By default, spelling is taken into account when checking usernames. However, if these are stored in the user management system in lower or upper case only, you can have the letters entered automatically converted to upper or lower case before authentication.

Providing the User Print Name
Cadenza, by default, requests the user print names to show them in the UI.
With the userPrintNameSuggestion setting you can specify the providers for which print names should be requested.
